Management
The most senior executive body of the Consensus Business Group is the Group Management Board. The Management Board is responsible for the day to day running of the Group’s operations, under the ultimate leadership of the Chairman.
The Group Management Board is also directly responsible for the design and implementation of the corporate strategy, administering financial plans for the Group, as well as internal organisation and general Consensus policies.
It is the Management Group that drives the business forward towards achieving both short and long term business goals.
